Case Management and Supportive Housing

CDWV is a 501(c3) charitable not-for-profit organization whose primary mission is to help resolve the problem of homelessness and poverty among women veterans. CDWV believes that through supportive services, housing, and community with other women veterans those who are most in need will be able to return to productive and independent lives.

To accomplish this mission, CDWV is led by highly qualified women veterans with professional expertise in nursing, case management and integrative modalities necessary to address the needs of homeless women veterans.

CDWV services provide baseline assessments of each individual in order to:
  • Identify those eligible to benefit from a supportive housing environment.
  • Identify healthcare, psychological and social needs, along with eligible services.
  • Manage scheduling, transportation, training, and employment requirements.
  • Provide a home environment with other women vets to form a supportive community.
